We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth in the Diamond & Jewellery division. The ideal candidate will already have a solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations and will focus on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue within the D&J market.
This is a strategic, client-facing role suited for someone with a strong network in the D&J community, excellent negotiation skills, and the drive to close deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market share in the diamond and jewellery logistics segment, aligned with Huxe’s bespoke logistic model
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients within the D&J ecosystem (manufacturers, traders, and dealers)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry associations
- Stay attuned to market trends, client expectations, and emerging opportunities in the D&J sector
- Lead negotiations and contract closures with professionalism and integrity
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events locally and abroad
- Collaborate closely with operations and management to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Mentor and support junior sales staff to uphold service excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong understanding of valuable cargo handling and bespoke logistic services
- In-depth knowledge of the Diamond & Jewellery trade and its logistics requirements
- Proven network and connections within the D&J community
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
