We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth in the Diamond & Jewellery division. The ideal candidate will already have a solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations and will focus on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue within the D&J market.

This is a strategic, client-facing role suited for someone with a strong network in the D&J community, excellent negotiation skills, and the drive to close deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market share in the diamond and jewellery logistics segment, aligned with Huxe’s bespoke logistic model
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients within the D&J ecosystem (manufacturers, traders, and dealers)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry associations
  • Stay attuned to market trends, client expectations, and emerging opportunities in the D&J sector
  • Lead negotiations and contract closures with professionalism and integrity
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events locally and abroad
  • Collaborate closely with operations and management to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff to uphold service excellence
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong understanding of valuable cargo handling and bespoke logistic services
  • In-depth knowledge of the Diamond & Jewellery trade and its logistics requirements
  • Proven network and connections within the D&J community
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
