We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Gemopolis Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding services to potential customers. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored freight solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical aspects of freight forwarding services
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
