We are seeking a motivated and proactive Operations Specialist to join our operations team in NYC. The selected candidate will support the daily management of Air Import/Export Shipments & Domestic, working closely with logistics partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments
- Manage shipping documentation and enter data into operational systems
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or disruptions
- Support the planning and optimization of logistics flows
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational processes
Requirements
- Strong interest in the transportation and supply chain sector
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with Custom regulation for regular importation, exportation, temporary importation, re-export, ATA Carnet
- Experience managingvaluable & Luxury cargo preferred
- Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools
