We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Operations Specialist to join our operations team. The selected candidate will support the daily management of road, rail, intermodal, and ocean shipments, working closely with logistics partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments via road, rail, and ocean
- Manage shipping documentation and enter data into operational systems
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or disruptions
- Support the planning and optimization of logistics flows
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational processes
Requirements
- Strong interest in the transportation and supply chain sector
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools
