HUXE is seeking a skilled and motivated Import Specialist to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the logistics sector, specifically within import operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee import operations from origin to destination
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to import activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on import processes
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
